This training aid is from @aimmastergolf and has many different uses . As you can see in the video it can be used to check your swing plane both if you want to make sure your not coming to far on the inside or as well to far to the outside . It has different slots for different clubs which set an alignment stick at different angles depending on which club it is . It can also be used for checking ball position and feet alignment at the same time . Using it for your swing plane is beneficial as it sets the angles for you already so your not having to mess around with other similar training aids which do a similar thing but are made to be set by yourself so could be slightly out . It also means that you don’t have to push your alignment stick into the ground and move it as you take divots
